1, connect the display device and computer, open the Control Panel window, click the Display icon, as shown in Figure 1. In the open window, click the Change monitor settings option in the list on the left, as shown in Figure 2.

2, open the Screen resolution window, the "Change the appearance of the Monitor" column will display a computer-connected display thumbnail, select the Extend these displays option in the Multiple monitor Drop-down list, as shown in Figure 3, and then select the second display device connected to your computer in the display Drop-down list, and its resolution And direction are set, as shown in Figure 4.

Attention
The "Change the appearance of the Monitor" column shows the two attached display labels labeled "1" and "2", which means that the computer supports dual-screen display, and the user can click on the corresponding icon to select the display that needs to be configured. Click the "Recognize" button and the number "1" and "2" will be displayed on the two monitors on your computer for user identification.
3. When you finish configuring, click OK to close the Settings window, start PowerPoint, and open the presentation. Slide Show Tab The monitor group click the Lower Triangle button to the right of the monitor, the available monitors are listed in the Open Drop-down list, and the monitor options for the slide show are selected, as shown in Figure 5.

4, press the "F5" key to start the slide show, the selected monitor will display the full screen of the contents of the slide, and the computer screen will display a PowerPoint Presenter view, you can see the slide notes, play time and slide preview, and so on, as shown in Figure 6. Slide show control can be easily achieved by using commands on the console.
