How to easily play FTP

The author downloads files from the FTP server every day. The so-called "to do something better, you must first sharpen the tool". I chose ftprush, a rookie FTP client. The predecessor of ftprush is ultrafxp. It has more powerful functions than conventional flashfxp and CuteFTP, such as multi-window operations, more powerful script command support, and more convenient interface customization. The following are some of the "ultra short" techniques I have summarized over several months using ftprush. If you have mastered them, I believe your FTP operations will be cool!
1. In the "local window" of ftprush, If you directly select a file and right-click the menuRelatedIf you press shift and then right-click, the resource appearsManagementRight-click menu, which is very convenient for us to manage files in ftprush.

2. when upgrading the ftprush version, we 'd better back up the rushsite under the earlier ftprush installation directory. XML file, which stores all FTP sites in your site manager, because from ftprush V1.0 RC5, if you use the new version of the installation package to overwrite the installation, rushsite. XML will be overwritten.

3. after connecting to FTP, select the file or directory to be downloaded and press the "Ctrl + q" key to add the file or directory to the queue without right-clicking, select "add selected file to queue ".

4. Select the file to be downloaded, select the directory in the local window, and press Ctrl + T to start file transfer, as shown in figure 1.

5. The ftprush file search supports wildcards "*" and "?". For example, if the directory we are looking for is "Datang shuanglong Chuan", we can enter "* Datang *" or directly enter "Datang. When searching, you only need to press the "Ctrl + F" key and enter a keyword.

6. if you want to return to the original directory after the search, you can click the "previous directory" button, but in this case, we need to re-initiate a request to the server. In fact, you only need to press "Ctrl + F" again ", press enter directly. At this time, the file to be read is stored in the local cache, and the speed is much faster.

7. In Site Manager, press shift to double-click a site. The ftpTestWindow, and press Ctrl to double-click to directly connect to the site.

8. whether it's local files or files on the FTP server, when we select them, press the Space key and the file name will be displayed in bold, this is helpful for us quickly finding them in a directory of many files.

9. For earlier versions of the ultrafxp website file, you only need to change it to "rushsite. xml" and overwrite it to the ftprush installation directory to import the site.

10. Select "Help> ftprush" and click "Rush every byte" in the window that opens. Here is an egg. The ftprush developer list is displayed in a Scroll display, which is very interesting.

11. You can press "Ctrl + 1, CTRL + 2 ......" Fast switch to 1st, 2 ...... You can also press Ctrl + TAB to switch between multiple platforms.

12. In the site manager, double-click a site to open its Properties window, click the "..." button directlyViewThe password is in plaintext, as shown in figure 2.

13. sometimes, to view all objects in an FTP or the list of objects in a directory, you can select the "platform> output FTP directory tree list" menu and enter the directory depth in the displayed window, select "output directory and file size" if you want to output the Directory and file size, and click "OK". The output effect is displayed after a moment, as shown in 3.

14. Select any part of the log records in the Station Log, transmission log, and system log. The logs are automatically pasted to the clipboard.
15. Double-click the SFV or MD5 file in the local file window. ftprush will automatically perform file verification.
16. select the "Tools> hotkey manager" menu to re-allocate all hot keys here. In the "Tools> layout" menu, you can re-design the toolbar, menu, and window, this is a unique feature of ftprush. The layout can be saved and shared with friends.
