How Linux automatically backs up the MySQL database every day _linux

/usr/bin install directory for MySQL
To build a backup folder:
mkdir Mysql_data_bak
To build a script file:
Touch autobackupmysql.sh
Open File
VI autobackupmysql.sh
Add the following in your script:
Filename= ' Date +%y%m%d '
/usr/bin/mysqldump-opt mysql-u Root-proot|gzip >/mysql_data_bak/name$filename.gz
Attention here.
In general:

Vi/etc/crontab
Add the following in the ETC to automate the task.
* * * Root/mysql_data_bak/autobackupmysql

Redhat Method:
Redhat's crontab use 4 directories per time (/etc/cron.hourly: hourly;/etc/cron.daily: Per
Days;/etc/cron.weekly: Weekly;/etc/cron.monthly: monthly) The way the script runs.
In Redhat, just copy the script you just edited to the appropriate directory.
Cp/mysql_data_bak/autobackupmysql etc/cron.daily
Restart etc
/etc/rc.d/init.d/crond restart
