How Linux commands view file property size

Here's a line to explain:

-rw-r--r--1 root 1022 Feb 16:07 anaconda-ks.cfg

-rw-r--r--1 root 1022 These are the attributes of the file, including the owner of the file, the permissions of the group and other groups, the name of the owner and the group, 1022 is the file size, and Feb 13 16:07 is the file's modification time. But as to who has been modified is not visible.
