In order to enhance the mobile login mechanism verification, to ensure the security of data, the Report Tool Finereport provides the mobile device binding function, each system user when using the mobile connection system, need administrator authorization, the user's mobile device and the system, if the administrator did not give the device authorization, You cannot log on.

Note: To the mobile device licensing, need to cooperate with the user, that is, users can only use a fixed one or several devices to log on the system, if the use of other devices to log on, but the device is not authorized, but also can not login, if you have a search authorized device to switch account login, but also need to give the switch account authorization.

Another: A new project, the first user to use the mobile login, do not need administrator authorization, for example, the user Anna is the entire project the first user to use the mobile login, then Anna used this device does not need authorization, can connect directly, the other user's device will need to authorize.

First, mobile device binding step

Prepare a new Webreport project to start the built-in server.

1. Turn on mobile device bindings

Finereport mobile device binding feature is turned off by default, use to open before using, enter HTTP://LOCALHOST:8075/WEBREPORT/REPORTSERVER?OP=FS in the browser address bar of PC side, login with Administrator account, Click Manage Systems > Mobile platforms > Device bindings to turn on mobile device bindings, such as:

Use the Administrator account on a single machine to connect the project, you can log in directly, do not need to authorize the device. The administrator logs on to the data decision system on the PC, enters the management system > Mobile platform > Device bindings, and can see the MAC address of the device on which the Administrator user is bound is displayed on the authorized device, such as:


Note: Users who log on to the system for the first time are not necessarily administrators.

3, the second device login

After the first device login system, no matter what user, the second and later devices on the mobile login system need administrator authorization, on another device, according to the server configured to add a server, using the same account login, click Login, will pop up the warning box:


At this point, the administrator in the PC-side Refresh Data decision system can see the unauthorized device has a new record, indicating that the user on another device to log on to the system, the device needs to be authorized.

Click the middle button to move an unauthorized device to the authorized Devices Panel, which is authorized for unauthorized devices:

4. Switch users

Finereport provides device management capabilities, where multiple devices are simultaneously bound by the same user, and the user only needs to log on to the system on any device to revoke the authorization rights of other devices.

In addition to the administrator's direct removal of authorized devices on the PC side, Finereport also provides device management functions that, when the same user is simultaneously bound to multiple devices, the user only needs to log on to the system on any device to revoke the authorization rights of other devices.

1. Equipment Management

As the above example shows, the administrator user logs on to two devices, binds the MAC address of two devices in the authorized Devices panel, and then we log on to the ipad device to revoke the iphone device's licensing rights.
