Method/Step

1. My Computer right-click Management-> Service to stop all Oracle services.

   or Control Panel-> Management Tool-> Service stop all Oracle Services

2. Start-> Program->oracle->oracle installation products-> Universal Installer Uninstall all Oracle products, but Universal Installer itself cannot be deleted

3. Click Uninstall Product, select the product you want to uninstall, click the Delete button

4. Restart the computer after uninstallation is complete

5. Run regedit, delete hkey_local_machine\software\oracle

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services, scroll through this list and delete all Oracle portals.
   Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\eventlog\application, delete all Oracle portals.

6. Remove Oracle installation directory, uninstall complete
