1, open the original image in Photoshop (this tutorial is made with Photoshop CS5, other versions are common), the background copy a "background copy", and the background layer of the eye point off, as shown in the following figure:

2, click to select the background copy, select the menu "Edit-> Free Transform" or press ctrl+t shortcut keys, the screen to reduce and appropriate movement, because we have to make room for repair, the effect as shown in the following figure:
