In fact, members of the PL management team do not require PL to show their own performance.
More importantly, PL should focus on what everyone is doing and help them do better.
In the PL team, it is impossible to follow everyone to every project, but pl must pay attention to the situation of everyone in every project.
It is depressing because I am staying in one project and all other Members are released to another project.
This project is not carried by me directly, but by other colleagues, so it is possible that after the project is completed, people in their teams will become others. I am at risk of being marginalized.
