How PowerPoint copies Slides

Source: Internet
Author: User

Sometimes we need to borrow one or more slides from a presentation that we've made, how do we copy them?

Workaround: Open a prepared presentation, in the outline area on the right, select the slides that you want to borrow, perform the copy action, and then switch to the active presentation, right-click, and in the shortcut menu that pops up, select the Paste option (or click on the Standard toolbar Paste button).

  Small tips:

① When you copy a slide, the "motherboard" used by the original presentation is not copied, but instead uses the "motherboard" of the current presentation.

② hold down the SHIFT key and drag on the slides in the outline area to select multiple consecutive slides at the same time, hold down the CTRL key, and click on the slides in the outline area to select more than one consecutive slide.
