How PowerPoint slides make a percentage chart "move"

in PowerPoint slides, some charts are used to show the percentage or completion of information graphs (Figure 1). Usually after the chart is finished, use the horizontal line in the shape to display the data label. But when the data changes, the horizontal line of the data label is difficult to change as the ratio or completion level changes. The stupid way is to keep moving the horizontal line. If used in combination with column chart and scatter graph, the horizontal line can be automatically moved with the change of data.

Make a percentage chart

In a blank slide, insert a column chart with the chart in the Insert tab, enter the data you want, and delete the unnecessary data. The vertical coordinates are selected, and the maximum value at the boundary is set to 100 on the Axis Options tab on the right axis format. Select the female series column in the chart, and in the Series Options tab on the right "format data series", the series that sets the series options overlaps 100%, the category spacing is 100%, and the chart is flattened so that the data area is square (Figure 2)

Chart Variant design

Inserts a rounded rectangle and fills the color red, which is the same size as the female series in the chart. Copy the shape, select Series 2 in the female series (that is, orange columnar), right-click to select Set data point format, on the right side of the Fill Line tab, select Picture or texture fill, click the Clipboard button in the Insert Picture from, and change the fill form to cascade; Set this rounded rectangle fill to gray, copy it again, select Series 1 in the female series (that is, the blue column), and also populate it with the Clipboard, with the fill form cascading.

The approximate shape of the chart has already come out, but how do you implement the figure and horizontal effect in the diagram so that it automatically changes and moves to the appropriate position as the chart changes? This is a critical step that needs to be taken with powerful scatter points.

Select the chart, click "Select Data" in the "Design" tab, click "Add" in the legend entry on the left side of the pop-up window, enter "= Auxiliary scatter" in the series name, and choose C3 at the series value. Select the Women series chart in the chart, click "Change Chart Type", select "Group" in the pop-up window, and select "Scatter Chart" at the secondary scatter chart type. To select a scatter in the chart, click the Design tab to add the standard error bars in the error bars in the chart element. Then click "Other Error Line Options", the right side of the horizontal error line in the direction of the selection of "positive deviation", the end style selected "Wireless End", the error volume selected "Fixed", the value of 0.5; using the fill line tab to set the color and thickness of the error bars, and then use the menu in Add chart elements to add data labels, remove chart titles, and gridlines, and adjust the size of the chart to square (Figure 3).

Finally, change the data of the chart at will, and see if the horizontal line of the data label varies with the percentage or degree of completion. Then find some logo pictures placed at the top of the chart, combined with the chart.
