How PowerPoint uses grid lines to locate objects

Today we animate the ways and tricks of using grid lines to locate objects in PowerPoint presentations.

When we add more than one object to a PowerPoint slide, we can pinpoint the location of the object through the grid line:

1. Execute the view → Grid and guides command to open the Grid and Guides dialog box.

2. Click the Drop-down button to the right of spacing and, in the Drop-down list that pops up, select a grid style (such as "8 grids per centimeter"), and then select the "Show Grid on screen" option to make sure you return.

3, with the grid line, you can easily locate the object location.
