How router tplink882 becomes a wireless switch

Router tplink882 as a wireless switch:

Connect the settings computer to any LAN port on the router, confirming that the computer has been set up to automatically obtain an IP address. The following figure:

Note: To avoid IP conflicts or DHCP server conflicts, do not connect the router to the front-end network until the settings are complete.

1. Modify SSID (wireless name)

Login to the Router management interface, enter the wireless settings >> basic settings, set the wireless name in the SSID, and click Save.

Note: The setup process does not need to reboot the router, waiting for the settings to complete the reboot so that the settings take effect.

2, set the wireless password

Go to Wireless Settings >> wireless security settings. Select Wpa-psk/wpa2-psk to set the PSK password (wireless password) of not less than 8 bits. When the settings are complete, click the bottom save button.

On the left side of the admin interface DHCP server >> DHCP service, select the DHCP server as not enabled, and click Save. Do not reboot and continue with the next setting.
