There are many ways to use data sources in the previous article, here's a brief introduction. First of all, to show you a picture:
PB provides 5 types of data sources: Quick Select (Fast selection type), SQL Select (SQL selection type), query (query type), External (external type), and stored Procedure (stored procedure type)
Quick Select
Quick Select Type to select data from only one data table or view (no associated table or view)
SQL Select
SQL selection type, can implement multi-table query selection table
Select field
Select the data fields you want to query
Specify search Criteria
You can also query by criteria and so on
Query
Query type, PB can save specific SQL statements as query objects, and the data windows of different query data sources can use these saved SQL statements to extract data
External
external types, add external data sources, and use this data source when dealing with data that does not exist in the database or taking advantage of certain features of the data window without data processing. No SQL statements.
Stored Procedure
A stored procedure type that uses a stored procedure that has already been defined to make the data source.
Small partners who use PB software development programs must be well aware of these five ways of data sources.
