How the Word document is rendered in manuscript format

(1) Once you have written the content of the document using Word 2010, simply click the Manuscript Settings button in the manuscript Options group on the Page Layout tab to open the Manuscript Settings dialog box.

(2) After selecting a manuscript format in the Format Drop-down list in the dialog box, the rest of the options become available and set as needed.

(3) After the completion of the writing pad format, click the "OK" button to close the dialog box, wait a moment, the manuscript format is applied to the current document.

(4) When you no longer need the format of the manuscript, you can also undo it at any time. Select non-manuscript document in the Format Drop-down list in the Manuscript Settings dialog box.
