Open the WPS form on your computer

Click the Inverted Triangle Drop-down button in the upper-left corner of the WPS table to open the Drop-down list

Move mouse to Tool options in drop-down List Open tool Drop-down list

Click the Options bar in the Tools Drop-down list to open the Options screen

Select the general and save options in the options interface

Click the file Save Location selection button in the general and save options interface to open the file Save Location selection screen

In the File Save Location selection Screen Select the location you want to save and click the Select Folder button to complete the default file location changes
