1. How do I sync files on multiple computers?
Windows client that needs to install the sync disk on the computer and log in to your account. Your files are then synchronized to the computer.
2. Where can I find the deleted files?
You can find the deleted document from the Recycle Bin on the left side of the Web page.
3. How do I install a Windows client?
You can click here to download the latest Windows client, the successful download, double-click the run file, display the following screen:
It is recommended that you close all other applications before installation. Click Next and the Sync disk will start the installation.
Complete the installation, and then log on to your account:
Choose where to put the synchronized folders:
Click OK and you are already set up successfully.
4. How do I pause synchronization?
You can right-click on the taskbar's Sync disk icon and choose "Pause Sync".
5. How do I modify the prompts for each sync pop-up?
You can uncheck the "Show message notification" check box in the Windows Client Settings-> General tab. Please see the following figure:
6. Can I share files on the client?
OK. On the sync disk, after you select the folder you want to share, the button on the right displays the open share. Click on the button to open the share, set permissions. The following figure:
7. How do I send files quickly on the client?
You can send files to others quickly through a sync disk. After you select the files you want to share, the right column appears. Click Send File label. The following figure

Can I sync files outside of the Sync disk folder?
No. You need to copy the files you want to sync to the sync disk directory.
8. What do I need to do if I want to log on to another computer?
All you need to do is install the Sync Disk client on a computer that needs to be synchronized and log on to the same account, where any computer copies files to the sync disk's user directory, and other computers automatically download the file. Any changes in the Sync disk directory are synchronized to the server when the network is connected.
9. How do I switch my other account?
You need to right-click the Sync disk icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, select Settings, and cancel the current account's binding in the General tab. Then log on to the other account. The sync disk client can only bind one account at a time.
10. Can I change the location of the sync disk?
OK. You need to right-click the Sync disk icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, select Settings, and change the mobile Sync disk directory. The contents of the previous sync disk will be moved to your newly specified location.
11. Can I limit the speed of uploading and downloading?
You can set the maximum speed of the sync disk upload and download in the Windows client settings-> speed limit tab. Please see the following figure:
12. How to upgrade the client?
You do not need to download a new client. If there is a new version, will automatically download, after the successful download, we will prompt you to upgrade the installation client.
13. Can you connect multiple different accounts at the same time?
No, a device can only connect to one account at a time.
14. Can I log on to the same account on more than one computer?
OK. But for your data security, you cannot log on to the same account on multiple computers or devices at the same time.
15. Can I set up a proxy server?

16. Can I sync part of the file?
OK, you need to log in to the Web page and light the corresponding sync icon.
17. Can i sync only one file?
No, you can download this file separately, you can choose whether to sync folders.
18. Can I cancel the synchronization of the client?
OK. You need to right-click the icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, select Settings, and cancel the current account binding. When you unbind, the files on your computer are preserved.
Why do some file box folders appear with a red fork that cannot be synchronized?
There are two things that can result in this: 1. You have placed a folder in the sync disk that is set to not need to be synchronized. 2. "" You create a file in the shared folder you receive, which displays only what is shared by others and cannot synchronize local files.
19. What is a conflict backup file?
If more than one person modifies the same file, the sync disk overwrites the file in the modified chronological order,
