If only the scope partition is considered, and there are no child partitions, Oracle determines that the local index table space follows the following two principles:
1. If the table space is explicitly specified when the local index of the partitioned table is created, the corresponding increased partition index is created in the specified table space (regardless of the table space of the partition table or partition) when the partition is added.
2. If the table space is not explicitly specified when the local index of the partitioned table is created, the corresponding increased partitioning index when the partition is added is created in the tablespace of the partition table (regardless of the table space in the partition)
