Click the Start button on the left of the taskbar in the lower-left corner of the screen, select All Programs, and select Microsoft Office on the pop-up menu:
2 Select the Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 option in the pop-up option to open the Outlook 2007 program, as shown above;
After you start Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, click the Tools menu in the menu bar, and then select Options from the Drop-down menu:
Open the Options dialog box. In the Options dialog box, select the Preferences tab:
Click the Calendar Options button on the Preferences tab:
Pop-up Calendar Options dialog box, click the Add Holiday ... button:
The Add Holidays to Calendar dialog box pops up:
In the Add Holidays to Calendar dialog box that pops up, drag the scroll bar to the bottom and tick "China" as above;
Click the OK button and click OK again to return to Outlook;
Open the Outlook calendar by clicking the Calendar tab in the navigation bar on the left side of Outlook:
In the Calendar window, click the Month button in the top toggle button to switch the Outlook calendar to the Month view:
In the month view of the calendar, you can view all the Chinese solar terms and statutory holidays for this month:
