2, then the date and Time Settings page and then click on "Change date and Time";

3, then in the next page, click "Change calendar Settings", the following figure:

4, in the Custom Format window, switch to the Time tab, according to the symbolic meaning below we can see that h/h represents a 12-hour/24-hour system, while "TT" means that in the afternoon we only need to set the short time in the time format to: TT hh:mm long time set to TT hh:mm : SS, as shown below.
