Click "Create a New connection"

Pop Up the New Connection Wizard and click Next

Select Connect to Internet (C), and then click Next

Select [Set my connection manually (M)] and click Next

Select Connect (U) with a broadband connection that requires a username and password, and then click Next

Give the network a name, enter and click Next

Fill in your network username (account) and password, and then click "Next" directly.

Click Add a shortcut to this connection on my desktop, and then click Finish
