How to add a password to an encrypted PPT file in PowerPoint 2010

Click File -- save;



2. Click "tools"> "general options;



3. Set the password to open the PPT;



4. After the input is complete, you need to enter the confirmation again;



5. Close the PPT normally after it is completed. If you open the PPT again, you need to enter the password to enable the 2010 PPT encryption.

 


Note:
The method for unencryption is the same as that for the password.
