Because some jar packs do not exist in the MAVEN central repository, for example, Sqljdbc.jar is not found in the MAVEN central repository

Then we need to download the required jar package and add it to the local repository. The first of course is to configure the MAVEN environment and then execute it under the downloaded JAR package

1 MVN install:install-file-dfile=sqljdbc4.jar-dgroupid=com.microsoft.sqlserver-dartifactid=sqljdbc4-dversion=4.0- Dpackaging=jar

3. Then you can add in the Pom.xml file under the project

1 <dependency>
2 <groupId>com.microsoft.sqlserver</groupId>
3 <artifactId>sqljdbc4</artifactId>
4 <version>4.0</version>
5 </dependency>
