In step 1th, open the Word2013 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the Picture button in the illustrations group to insert a picture into the Word document and select the picture, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, in the Word2010 document window, click the file → options command, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Proofing tab, and in the AutoCorrect Options area, click the AutoCorrect Options button, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 4th, open the Word2010 AutoCorrect dialog box, and switch to the AutoCorrect tab. To keep the formatted text radio box selected, enter text in the Replace box (English characters are case-sensitive), and the Replace with edit box remains the same. Enter complete Click the Add button, as shown in Figure 4.

Step 5th, when you finish adding the AutoCorrect entries, click OK to close the AutoCorrect dialog box. Enter the characters you want to replace in the Word document (English characters are case-sensitive) and press ENTER, and the input is automatically replaced with a picture.
