How to add a Word 2013 Ribbon command to the Quick Access Toolbar

In Word2013, users can add commonly used commands or buttons in each ribbon to the Quick Access Toolbar, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2013 window and open the Ribbon (such as the watermark button in the design ribbon) where you want to add the command or button.

Step 2nd, right-click the command or button you want to place on the Quick Access Toolbar, and select the Add to Quick Access Toolbar command on the Open shortcut menu, as shown in Figure 2013081204.

Word Home Tip: Users can click the Drop-down triangle button to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar to select or cancel the command displayed in the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu, as shown in Figure 2013081205.
