Annotations are mainly used in plain text files, and the word mindmanager transiting "annotation" is primarily about recording reviewers ' comments. When you click New Annotation, the first time you use the MINDMANAGER15 annotation feature, the following dialog box appears asking you to fill in the user name and message.
After you fill in the Information, the dialog box that you add the annotation will appear in the Mind map interface.
Click the map branch where you want to add the annotation, and enter the annotation. When you add a comment, the annotation icon appears, the annotation entry box is turned off, and the mouse is moved to the annotation to automatically display the contents of the annotation. A map branch can add multiple annotations, but one branch displays only one annotation icon. After you add a comment, the button is to delete the annotation, to the previous annotation, to the next annotation.
Annotations can also be used to filter lookups, in addition to recording reviewers ' comments. Click on the display in the view to select enhanced filtering.
In the Enhanced Filter dialog box that opens, select the revision information, tick the subject annotation author, and click Filter.
All qualified guide-map branches will appear, and branches that do not conform to the matching criteria are hidden.
