How to add phonetic guides and settings to Word2007

1. Select the text you want to add pinyin to, switch to the Start tab, and click the Phonetic Guide button in the Font group.

2, the Phonetic Guide dialog box will pop up, the default options and preview effect as shown in the following figure.

3. Alignment refers to the position status of pinyin relative to the text. Align the alignment to the right, and the preview appears as shown in the figure.

4, modify the font, Pinyin font format will change. Set the font to XXFarEastFont-Arial and preview the effect as shown in the figure.

5, font size refers to the size of the pinyin itself, the smaller the font size, the smaller the pinyin. Set the font size to 10 points, and the effect is as shown below.

6, increase the offset, pinyin and the distance between the text will increase. Set the offset to 2 points and the preview looks as shown in the figure.

7, set all the options, the effect shown in the following figure.
