How to add QQ and other external programs to the Word toolbar

Office software Word is the daily necessities of our office workers, usually just use it to work with documents. In the office, we may sneak up and down the office in the QQ, or hide to play games and so on. But these procedures can not be blatantly placed on the desktop, in case the leadership of the catch is not good-looking! 1. Click the Tools button on the Word menu bar to select the Customize command;

2. Click the New button on the right side of the toolbar in the pop-up Customization window, and then the toolbar name can be filled in, click OK;

3. At this point, just a new "toolbar" is displayed, we drag it to the common toolbar on the set;

4. Then enter the custom "command", select the format in the category, in the right "command" found "B bold", The left mouse button press and hold, drag to just the new "toolbar";

5. Right-click the Open button in "B" on the toolbar that you just dragged to select "Assign HYPERLINK";

6. In the pop-up "Assign hyperlink: Open" window to find the directory of QQ programs or view the previous QQ properties, copy the address to the Address bar in the window and click OK (Note: Be sure to find the path where the program is installed, not the icon), finalize it, and then close the Customize window (Note: The custom window is last closed, please do not close before)!

At this time, this "B bold" to become a QQ program, click to start!
