In contrast to static graphs, GIF animated images make your design work more appealing to people's eyes. This issue of foreign quality translation tutorials with you to learn three ways to adjust the GIF animation diagram in Photoshop.
Open a GIF dynamic diagram with Photoshop CS5, CS6, or Creative Cloud version, select Window > Timeline or window > Timeline in the main menu bar, and select Window > Layer in the main menu bar

First, adjust the layer
On the Layers panel, select the top layer and click the Adjust Layer button to add the adjustment layer.

Selecting the adjustment layer, adjusting any changes on the layer will affect the frame and layer effects below.

Try different adjustment layers to achieve the desired adjustment effect. This will greatly change the color and contrast of the whole dynamic graph. When you need to save after the adjustment is complete, select File > Save as Web format. Select the GIF format and the number of colors you want to output. Make sure that the transparent color, matte, and animation options are set correctly. Click Save as a new file.

Two, blending options
Click the all frames in the Timeline window and click the Delete button.

Select the lowest-end layer on the Layers panel and click on the FX button to select a blending option.

Apply the blending options you want to the layer you just selected. The color overlay blending option, as shown in the following illustration, allows you to select a projection, stroke, or multiple effects overlay as needed.

When you are sure that the bottom layer applies a layer style, right-click the thumbnail and select Copy layer style, select all layers, and right-click to select Paste layer style. All layers will apply to the layer style that you just set.

Three, by frame production
Animating by frame is a time-consuming activity, but with great flexibility. Because the GIF dynamic diagram consists of a series of patterns, each pattern can be handled differently, creating the desired effect.
In the animation or Timeline panel, select all the frames, click the Trash icon, and delete all frames. In the layers panel, apply a color halftone to each layer.
