How to adjust the page size in a Visio drawing

 

Method 1: press Ctrl and mouse

1. Open the drawing in Visio.
2. Press ctrl and place the mouse pointer on the edge of the drawing page.

   Change the mouse pointer to a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal arrow, depending on which side or corner you want to place the mouse pointer.

3. Click and press the mouse button together with the ctrl key to adjust the size of the drawing page to the desired size.

 

Method 2: Use the page Settings dialog box

1. Open the drawing in Visio.
2. InFileClickPage settings.
3. InPage settingsIn the dialog box, clickPage sizeTab.
4. ClickCustom SizeAnd enter the required page size.

   The default unit width and height (inches and millimeters, etc.) are based on the previous size settings. For example, if the original size is 8.5 inch x 11 inch12X12, The Microsoft Visio page size is 12 inch x 12.

   Note:The page size for scaling drawing is calculated using the scaled size and drawing ratio, as shown in and appropriate units.

5. ClickOK.
