How to allow two people to share one desktop for remote control at the same time

For windows 2003, two people can control a server on the same desktop at the same time, making communication very convenient,

How to achieve this:

Both of them use a terminal to remotely log on to the server.

One of
Start -- Management Tools -- Terminal Service Manager

Select the user name of the other party --- Select remote control

The other party will be prompted whether to accept it. After the selection is accepted, both parties will share a desktop, and the operation will be visible at the same time.
