How to back up Outlook data

Want to reinstall the system on your computer, but how do you use Outlook to save the data? How do I back up? This allows you to back up the messages and address books in Outlook first.

There are only two important data files for Outlook: One is the PST file (which contains your personal address book) and the PAB file, where you can view the files in mail settings → data files in Outlook options, and then copy them directly to the other disk after you find the two files. After reinstalling the system, copy the file to the system disk and overwrite the file with the same name on the new system.
