How to back up Vista dual-system boot files

Most of us currently use vista systems are dual systems. However, if one system breaks down, it will be reinstalled, but the other system will not be able to guide us. 1. Install the first boot file for the two systems to back up the system boot file in advance. The boot file is in the root directory of drive C, but it is not visible under normal circumstances. We need to change the folder option to display it, in the vista system, go to the control panel -- classic view -- Open "Folder Options" -- click "View" -- remove the check box before "Hide protected operating system files" -- select "show hidden ". file and folder "-- OK.
2. Now we can see a lot of hidden files in the C root directory. First, back up the vista boot file and folder. There are four files and one folder, which are: AUTOEXEC. BAT, bootmgr, BOOTSECT. BAK, CONFIG. SYS, Boot (folder ). There are also six XP files: boot. ini, bootfont. bin, IO. SYS, MSDOS. SYS, NTDETECT. COM, ntldr, And A: Boot. copy all the above files to another disk and create a new folder for future use. (Remember to restore the folder options as before, or you may see a lot of hidden folders on each disk, it is easy to delete them by mistake)
3. The system is reinstalled. No matter which system is installed, copy the above files to the C root directory by referring to the "Folder Options" in the first step in the safe mode and restart the system, remember to ask for a vista system installation disk with a repair function and perform system boot repair. If nothing happens, you will be guided by a dual system. No matter which disk vista is installed on, XP works the same way, the last step is to use the installation disk with the repair function of the vista system!
