How to build a Diffie-Hellman Backdoor

Recently, several encrypted backdoors emerged: the RSA product uses the elliptic curve pseudo-random generator Dual EC, which is believed to have been implanted by NSA; the network device manufacturer Juniper's operating system screnos was found to use a modified version of Dual EC, allowing third parties to decrypt encrypted traffic; the open-source tool socat found that a hard-coded 1024-bit Diffie-Hellman parameter is not a prime number. David Wong of NCC Group published a paper (PDF) discussing how to build a Diffie-Hellman backdoor. The relevant code and tools are published on GitHub.
