How to cancel the software update icon in the upper left corner of the I9300/I9308 mobile phone screen

The procedure is as follows:

1. On the standby page, click the menu key in the lower left corner and select "set ".

 

2. Slide the screen up and select "About device ".

 

3. Select system update ". (If you are not bound to a Samsung account, the system will prompt that the update failed and the icon disappears .)
 

4. Click "update ".
 

5. after reading the "disclaimer", if you want to update it later, click [later]. The software update icon on the screen will be canceled temporarily, but will not be updated for a while, the system will automatically prompt you for updates.
