The story & process/themes mapping method is used in the cruise project to check whether there are any omissions in the story list. The operation is also very simple. The procedure is as follows:
I. SetAll
Business processes are drawn on a big white panel. (If you cannot draw more, find a larger or more whiteboard. Find a solution)
2. Place all themes columns on the desktop.
Iii. ChangeAll
The story is printed on the small card (two copies ).
4. Add the small card to the corresponding area based on the relevance of the business process.
5. Based on themes relevance, place the small card in the theme corresponding to the desktop.
6. Overview of the distribution of small cards on the whiteboard and the number of cards in each theme on the desktop.
7. Compare and ask the following similar questions:
- Why is there a lot of cards in this region or theme while there are many other areas?
- Are there any forgotten ones?
- There is no card on a link in the flowchart. Why?
- ......
If the team thinks this distribution is reasonable, it may be similar. : D
