How to change software icons (icon) under Mac OS X system

Sometimes we look at a software icon in the Mac OS X system is too bad, can be replaced by the following method, take ITunes 10 for example ... I really miss the CD-ROM icon from the previous iTunes.

In the finder-application, find the software to change the icon, right click, select "Show Package Contents"
