How to change the order of rows in Excel
1. Click to select an entire row on the Column tab of the worksheet, hold down the Shift key and drag the mouse pointer over the top border of the row, and the T-shaped dotted box appears, as shown in Figure 1. Drag the dotted box to the desired position and release the mouse, which is moved to this position, and the row's order changes, as shown in Figure 2.

2, select the entire row in the worksheet and press the "ctrl+x" key to cut the row, and then select the target row on the worksheet. In the Start tab Cells group, click the Down Triangle button on the Insert button, and in the Drop-down list that opens, select the Insert Cut cell option, as shown in Figure 3. At this point, the cut row is inserted above the selected target row, which enables the row order to change, as shown in Figure 4.

Attention
Press the CTRL+X key to cut rows or columns, and right-click after selecting the target row or column, and select the Insert Cut Cell command on the shortcut menu to also move the rows and columns. The 2 methods described above also apply to the movement of a single cell or range of cells.
