How to clean the print head under the WinXP system Epson

1. Turn on the printer and at the beginning--Set up--the printer and fax machine to locate the printer you are using.

2. After clicking on the printer to be cleaned, you can see the interface shown in the following image and click the button shown in the Red box.

3. Click to eject the Drop-down menu and select the Print Preferences button in the Pull-down menu.

4. After clicking on the printing preferences, the following image will pop up and click on the Advanced button below.

5. This will pop up the image shown below the interface, click on the image below the red box location, print nozzle detection pattern, to detect nozzle plug situation, and as cleaning nozzle after the contrast.

6. After the interface shown in the image below, click the Start Print button, print the nozzle test pattern, prepare a A4 paper in the printer.

7. Print out the test pattern, and then click on the pattern to clean the print head.

8. Then will pop up the image shown in the interface, click Clean to start the print head cleaning, after cleaning can repeat the above steps to test the effect after cleaning.
