How to clear the document jam? (SL-M2876HN, SL-M2676FH)

1. Clear the original file jam at the scanner front end

 
1. Open the top cover of the above writer.

 
 

2. After seeing the paper jam, pull the paper slowly.

 
 

3. Close the top cover.

2. Clear the original file card in the scanner

 
1. Open the scanner cover.

 
 

2. After seeing the paper on the back of the scanner cover, take the paper out slowly and close the scanner cover.

 

3. Clear the original file jam in the paper area of the scanner

 
1. Retrieve all the remaining paper from the writer.

 
2. Gently remove the paper jam from the source.
