The AMD driver version is incorrectly installed and cannot be completely uninstalled in the system.
Solution:
AMD clean uninstall utility
Applicable Systems: Win7/8/8.1/10 32-bit and 64-bit.
1. Click the link in the red box to download the software;
2. Find the downloaded program and double-click it to run it;
3. A warning message is displayed, click OK to confirm uninstallation, and click cancel to cancel uninstallation. This means to uninstall all AMD graphics card drivers and application components.
4. Click OK to minimize the software running on the background of the system tray.
5. You can hover your mouse over the program icon to display the uninstall progress.
Note: When the uninstall process is running, the display will flash or black for several seconds. This is normal, and the system is a new setting of the application.
6. Once the uninstallation process is complete, a message is displayed, indicating that it has been successfully completed. Click View Report to display the list of uninstalled components and click Finish to exit the program;
7. After The uninstallation is complete, click "YES" to restart the computer.

Tip: In rare cases, the USB driver may be uninstalled and needs to be re-installed for normal use.
