When you insert a picture in a Word2010 document, if the picture is large in size, the file size of the Word document becomes large. Operation Steps
1, open the WORD2010 document window, select the picture you want to compress. If you have more than one picture that you want to compress, you can click multiple pictures while holding down the CTRL key.
2. Open the Picture Tools ribbon and click the Compress Picture button in the Adjust Group on the Format tab.
3, open the Compress Picture dialog box, select the Apply to selected pictures only check box, and change the resolution as needed (for example, select the web/Screen radio button). Setup finished click the OK button to compress the selected picture in the Word2010 document.
