The solution is to install mysql.exe-u root-p in the bindirectory under mysqldirectory at runtime.
Then the system prompts you to enter the password, which is the password of the root user when you install the mysql configuration.
Then enter the mysql prompt
Enter the command set password for root @ localhost = OLD_PASSWORD (newpassword );
Pay attention to this semicolon.
