How to configure the Advanced Relay function (Global Mail)

The smooth and fast sending and receiving of mails is the most basic and important function of the mail system. The unsatisfactory sending and receiving of mails seriously affects users' work efficiency and whether mail can be ensured, is the basic condition for determining whether a mail system is available.

The turbogate email gateway system uses the Advanced Relay function for international mail sending and receiving. It supports multiple relay networks and can be used cyclically based on conditions. The following describes how to configure the Advanced Relay function of the turbogate email gateway system.

Relay usage: select not to use, use relay when sending normally fails, or always use relay.

Use Relay Based on judgment conditions: Select whether to use Relay Based on judgment conditions.

Relay condition: set the condition for sending emails through relay. Click to enter the relay judgment condition list, for example:

You can add new relay judgment conditions, delete discarded relay judgment conditions, and click "add" to enter the relay judgment condition setting box, as shown in.

Edit normal sending failure judgment Conditions

Set the relay judgment condition type to: sending IP address, sender, sending domain, recipient, and receiving domain. If the condition box is met, enter the judgment condition. Fuzzy match is supported, that is, you do not need to lose all.

Normal sending failure judgment condition: determine whether the request is failed based on the results returned by the other server. Click to go to the normal sending failure judgment condition list.

You can add a new normal sending failure judgment condition, and delete the discarded normal sending failure judgment condition. Click "add" to go to the normal sending failure judgment condition setting box, as shown below:

Enter the name and content of the condition and save it.

Relay account list: Click to enter the relay account list:

Edit relay account information

Click "add" to add a new relay account. Click "move up" and "Move Down" to sort the use order of the relay account. Click "edit" to edit the relay account information; click "delete" to delete the discarded relay account. Click "add" to enter the new relay account editing box, as shown in the following figure:

Sender email address: Enter the email address of the relay account;

Relay SMTP server address: Enter the address of the relay SMTP server;

Verification Method: You can choose not to use, login, plain, cram_md5;

User name: Enter the relay account name;

Password: enter the password of the relay account;

This server requires secure connections (SSL): Select whether to use SSL secure connections;

Maximum number of relay attempts: set the maximum number of relay attempts. If it is smaller than or equal to zero, the default value is 3;

Maximum number of concurrent relay deliveries: set the maximum number of simultaneous relay deliveries. If the value is smaller than or equal to zero, no restriction is imposed.
