How to configure the TCP/IP protocol in the LAN

1, the host TCP/IP settings

The TCP/IP settings for the host are as follows:

[1] If the local network card is 8029, as shown in the figure, select "Specify IP Address" for 192.168.0.1 (note that the following 1 can be 1 to 255 of any number), the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.

[2] Set up the DNS configuration, check "Enable DNS", and enter the number of the computer in the local area network. For example, Ben is 1, we enter 1, fill in the "DNS Server Search Order", either gateway address 192.168.0.1 or ISP-provided address, such as Local is 61.139.2.69. Need to explain that the host only needs to set the TCP/IP protocol of the network card, the host "TCP/IP" will automatically bind this setting.

2, the extension of TCP/IP settings

The TCP/IP settings for the extension are as follows:

[1] Open the client's "TCP/IP" protocol, select "Specify IP Address", set the IP address of the machine to 192.168.0.2, then the next machine is 192.168 0.3, and so on.

Tip: Note that the last number can not be repeated, such as repeated, the computer starts immediately after the report "I/O error, x network conflict, etc.". Change the last number to different, and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.

[2] Set "gateway"-that is, the IP address of the host network card is 192.168.0.1, click "Add" can be.

[3] Set the DNS configuration and select Enable DNS. If the local computer in the LAN number is 2, set the host to 2, other computers and so on, do not repeat, "DNS Server Search Order" is also 192.168.0.1. "OK" after "add".
