I. Specific settings are as follows:
1. Open "computer settings", select a computer and a device, and confirm that the following Bluetooth device is enabled. Generally, the right side is open, as shown in the figure below:
2. after you confirm that the computer's Bluetooth device is normal and enabled, place the Bluetooth headset next to the computer and the computer will automatically search and pair. We recommend that you refer to the instructions for use of the Bluetooth headset in detail, generally, you need to press the key to enable the Bluetooth headset during the pairing process. After the pairing is successful, a message is displayed:
3. after the connection is successful, we recommend that you enable QQ music or other music software to test whether the headset has sound. If not, continue with the following operations: open the Control Panel, hardware, and sound, double-click the device and printer to open the following Bluetooth device, open the service, and then select the check box under the Bluetooth service to save. (Note: some devices may prompt you to install the driver after selecting it. Install the driver as Prompted .)
4. Right-click the volume icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop to enable the playback device. Set the Bluetooth headset to the default playback device.
After completing all the above settings, you can use Bluetooth headsets to play music normally.
2. If the Bluetooth headset still cannot be properly identified after the above settings, the following two aspects should be excluded:
1. Unable to add a Bluetooth device. First, consider whether the device is normal, whether it is powered off, or its quality is poor. We recommend that you use a mobile phone or other laptop to try to connect to the Bluetooth music headset. If the Bluetooth device is correct, consider the service driver class:
Click the desktop icon and select Manage. There is a service and application on the left side, and there is a service. The bluetooth support service is enabled, as shown in the following figure:
If an external Bluetooth device cannot be added after the service is enabled, the computer settings are correct. The Bluetooth driver is faulty. We recommend that you reinstall the Bluetooth driver and try again.
2. The Bluetooth device is successfully added, but the sound cannot be played. Reset the device settings in step 3 and the audio settings in step 4.
