How to convert Chinese characters to pinyin and enable uppercase letters of each Chinese character?

Converts Chinese characters to pinyin and uppercase letters of each Chinese character, such as dalian. I convert them to dalian, and convert them to D and l to L, in addition, other letters are shared in lower case: more -- convert Chinese characters into pinyin, and make the first letter of each Chinese character capitalized
For example, in dalian, I convert a letter to dalian and a letter to D, l to L, and other letters are still in lower case.

For example
Dalian => da lian
Use ucwords () to convert the first letter of each word into uppercase letters.
Da lian => Da Lian
Finally, remove the intermediate space.
Da Lian => DaLian
