How to convert GNOME desktop to KDE Desktop in Linux

In Linux, KDE is a long-history desktop environment. Currently, gnome is usually used, and it is also the default desktop environment after Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 is installed. But some people are still used to the KDE Desktop, so how to switch between them is actually very simple.
