The overall steps are:
1: Create a new folder, named after the project name
2: Create a new folder under the new folder Web-inf (note: case) and a file index.jsp;

3: Create a new two folder in the Web-inf directory classes (Put the compiled. class file) Lib (the main storage jar package); a file, Web.
Now classes and Lib these two folders first empty, can have nothing;

4: Copy the entire folder to the Tomcat WebApps directory:
5: Start Tomcat
6: Enter the path in the Address bar address: http://localhost:8080/web03/
7: Finally remember to close tomcat:
