How to create a user using oracle SQL Developer, oracledeveloper

This is for Oracle11g. I don't know if I haven't tested other versions.

First, use system to establish a connection. The password is the password you specified during installation, and then create a new user in the "other users" at the bottom.

Note 1: After creating a role, you must grant the DBA permission to the newly created user on the "role" tab. Otherwise, you cannot log on to the role.

NOTE 2: At the same time, you must check the system tablespace in the "quota" tab. Otherwise, you will be prompted that you do not have the permission to create a table in system when creating a table.

After the creation, you can log on to the system.
