How to create an IONIC1 project offline

In the creation of Ionic project, need to download a lot of things online, because of the wall, we create, add Android platform, compile process, the probability of failure is very high, in order to solve this problem, I created an empty Ionic1 tab project, and completed the above three steps. Based on this project, we can use the following methods to create our own new projects offline. The steps are as follows:

1. Create a new project folder, the name of your own project name, try not to use Chinese, Chinese has not been tested.
2. Download and unzip the file [Com.larryLin.ionic1.rar] and copy the extracted files to your own new folder.
